INANI’s journey began with Monika’s own entry into Dubai’s real estate market — transforming personal experience into professional expertise. Since founding INANI in 2025, she has focused on helping investors navigate Dubai’s opportunities with the confidence that comes from working with someone who knows exactly where they stand today.

Barbara Kurko graduated from the University of Economics in Brno and has been working in real estate for more than 15 years. She began her career in the Czech real estate market, where she gained extensive experience in both property sales and real estate investment. Thanks to her many years of practice and interest in investing, she later shifted her professional focus to the market in the United Arab Emirates, which today ranks among the safest, most transparent, and fastest-growing real estate markets in the world, offering exceptional investment opportunities. Today, she helps clients choose properties that align with their goals and long-term investment strategy. She believes that a successful investment is not a matter of luck, but of making the right decisions. That is why she takes an individual approach to every client and follows her motto: “I make every investment with my heart, but with the mind of an investor.”

Tatiana brings international experience from Canada and Slovakia to Dubai's real estate market. Initially approaching Dubai with skepticism, she now uses that personal journey to better understand hesitant investors. Her international perspective, professional approach, and focus on open communication, trust, and long-term relationships deliver real solutions with genuine potential.

Daniela studied at the University of Economics and began her career at the Tax Office. After working in England, she returned to Slovakia, where she founded and successfully ran a wellness center for 17 years. During this time, she decided to invest in real estate in Dubai, which proved to be an exceptional opportunity and inspired her to focus fully on property and help clients invest in Dubai.

With nearly a decade of experience living in Dubai and observing the city’s most dynamic period of growth, Dalia has developed a deep understanding of its opportunities and challenges. Having visited 63 countries and speaking four languages fluently, she brings a truly international perspective that allows her to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Her professional approach, combined with a focus on open communication, trust, and long-term relationships, enables her to deliver real solutions with genuine potential.

Zuzana represents a new generation of real estate professionals – combining strategic thinking, an eye for aesthetics, and a personalized approach to create an experience that goes far beyond traditional property sales. She moved to Dubai four years ago, driven by her passion for growth, freedom, and a career in an environment that rewards vision and courage. From the very beginning, she has specialized in residential and investment properties on the secondary market.
