Off-Plan Property Consultant
- Dubai
- Flexible working arrangement
Advise international investors and home buyers on Dubai's primary market. You follow new launches, compare developers, locations and payment plans, and guide clients from the first shortlist through reservation, purchase agreement and registration, staying in touch until handover.
About the role
Buying off-plan is a long-term decision: clients commit to a project years before it is completed. At INANI you give them the independent, well-founded advice that decision deserves, from the choice of developer and project to the payment plan and the paperwork.
What you will do
- Follow new launches, developers, payment plans and price movements in Dubai's primary market
- Understand each client's goal, whether rental yield, capital growth or a future home, and shortlist suitable projects
- Present projects clearly, including floor plans, payment plans, service charges and realistic expectations
- Attend developer launches and site visits and build relationships with developers' sales teams
- Guide clients through expression of interest, reservation, sales purchase agreement and Oqood registration
- Keep in touch through construction and handover, and hand over to our secondary market team when a client later wants to sell or rent out
What you bring
- Experience in Dubai real estate, ideally in off-plan sales with a brokerage or a developer
- Sound knowledge of Dubai's developers, communities and payment plan structures, or a strong wish to build it
- Clear, confident English; further languages such as Arabic, Russian, German or Chinese are an advantage
- Comfort with numbers: yields, payment schedules and total cost of ownership
- A valid RERA broker card (BRN), or the readiness to obtain one
What INANI offers
- Access to our CRM and internal resources for projects, clients and follow-ups
- Work with an international clientele and selected developers
- A small team with a direct line to the founder
- Performance-based compensation within a transparent commission structure, explained openly in the introductory conversation
Ideal for: Consultants who enjoy analysing projects and numbers, like working with international investors and want to build strong developer relationships in Dubai's new-development market.
